Working with Louise has been really beneficial to me. I knew I was lacking confidence as an ECT but Louise was able to guide me through to find the reasons why I was lacking confidence. Through mentoring and coaching, Louise worked with me to find practical ways of understanding my concerns and gain practical approaches to build confidence and move forward.’

‘I was given the opportunity to have a coaching session with Louise and knew that it would be helpful as I look to achieve my first teaching position. I was unsure as to what the session would be like and it did not go down the route I anticipated. However, this is definitely not a negative.

A lack of confidence held me back in some of my teaching placements and when applying for teaching roles, Louise challenged me to explore this and to think about the values I hold as a teacher.
